There is a profound and sometimes overwhelming sense in knowing that life is different now and many questions arise to what the next steps are. Anger, Sadness, Guilt, Joy, the various rollercoaster of emotions are normal and I am here to witness and support the pain you are in when we work through grief and loss.
You are constantly evolving into a new you and it’s not easy to ask the hard questions, especially if it brings discomfort or goes against the norms. I am here to guide, support and validate the changes that arise from making the small to major shifts.

Healing is about taking the time to notice what gets in the way of feeling connecting to your life, your community and your sense of possibility. Healing at its core is about slowing down so that we can better listen to ourselves and each other.
Healing doesn’t mean the loss didn’t happen. It means that it no longer controls us.
Perhaps the greatest freedom attainable is that which is born out of a consistent willingness to stay lovingly and acceptingly present to whatever unfolds inside oneself.
